well one thing for sure with PAIR is if you watch the trading, there is very little selling of large blocks but a good deal of buying in large quantities.. They need to accumulate to get in at the best price, and than the rumor hits.. They are also VERY skilled at getting in without seriously moving the price.. thats their job Big boys gotta get positioned.. We are just riding their fat tails. waiting/watching CSCO.. im going to get another $200 out of this one by the end of the day if it kills me..
