I will try to remember to be civil. Concerning a rumored reverse split, I spoke with Dustan a couple weeks back and THERE WAS NO INDICATION FROM HIM ABOUT A REVERSE SPLIT. He emphaticaly denied any talk about it in the office, not on any meeting agenda. I also thought in past weeks we had found that the option for the reverse split was not valid anymore. I would hope that if any person wishes to confirm this rumor they should call Dustan himself. I am satisfied with my last conversation with him that it is not an issue. Also, 380 million shares with 80 million restricted, not 500 million. Everyone please look at the old 10Qs and call the company before listening to rumors. John
