KEW GARDENS, NY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 3, 1999-- Fidelity Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: FDHG - news), through its Computer Business Sciences (CBS) subsidiary, today announced the launch of IG2(TM) (Internet Generation Two), defined as a multimedia network platform that provides high speed Internet access, e-Commerce capabilities, local and long distance telephone service, television quality video conferencing and television programming, through existing telephone wires already installed in the customer's home and/or small business. The pricing structure for IG2(TM) services is expected to be delivered at a substantial discount to the current rates charged for telephone, cable and Internet access combined. IG2, Inc., a newly formed subsidiary of CBS under Fidelity Holdings, Inc., anticipates deploying its IG2(TM) services in its first sites locally in the next quarter and plans to expand to an expected 62 largest metropolitan areas across the U.S. within the year.
