At last I've found some kindred spirits! And I actually thought I was the only one getting screwed by these criminals. I was only using them for the penny stocks.

Yesterday was the final straw as they instituted a double buy, the second on margin (for a penny stock? No warning that the funds aren't available?) because their sucky server never showed the first trade completed, so I cancelled it.

Ten minutes later I see *two* open orders, so I cancel them both.

Ten minutes later I get a trade confirmation on the *second* order,
and my "portfolio" shows both orders completed.

So while I'm constructing my nasty-gram to them, of course the stock starts to tank (ADGI, in at 0.035, falling thru 0.025 and fast...). Fearing a quick margin call, I put in a market sell while the bid (real time, but not real time through these bozos) shows 0.023.

One minute goes by, then five minutes, then ten, then twenty. The bid drops thru 0.022, 0.021, 0.020, 0.019, 0.018, 0.017, 0.016. Bingo! My trade executes as the only one at 0.016 of the day after being open for 25 minutes! I'm left holding the bag with < $0 thanks to the double buy they screwed up on in the first place.

Have I said they suck yet? Hasta luego, a**holes...

Andy

p.s - use Datek. Quicker. Immediate confirmation. Warning if you can't cover a trade. Cheaper - and free if they don't execute a market order in 1 minute or less (I've gotten that three times out of ~200 trades).
