I agree. I only mentioned it since I was starting to hear fairly strong comments from the media that if rates are not increased there will be buying, or similar words. It was not stated that it "MIGHT" rally, but the it "WILL". Frankly I dont know, but if there is a rally and it exceeds 1330 then such implies higher levels for the short-term.

I just get suspicious when people use the word "WILL DO SOMETHING" which implies certainty in the market. I prefer using the words, like "MAY,COULD,SHOULD" which implies some uncertainy, since I am never certain of anything in this market. I guess those who use the word "WILL" are darn good at predicting the market and rarely make wrong calls. Well, I better start improving to get to the accuracy of those who are always so certain which way the market is heading.
Sorry cynical attitude.
