I agree with that part. They should not be able to funnel tobacco taxes to other things.

Btw, I am a shareholder in Philip Morris and I do believe that people have a right to smoke, even though I don't smoke myself, except occasionally. As long as the products are not targeted towards children and there is strict enforcement of laws against selling tobacco to minors, I think the companies should be allowed to do business as any other business is.
