You are correct. It may rally some from the support at 38 but then reverse again since it broke the trend line. Big breakdown today. All that support in the 43 to 45 range - gone.
RS probably took a hit.
33 is the bottom of the trading band too.

Your read is right. COMS broke a DB and a spread TB and the BSL today. Not good news, especially with the positive results from their neighbor down the street (CSCO). If it printed $37, $33 would be the next stop on the elevator down.Saw out of the corner of my eye on CNBC that the drop is related to the performance of one of their resellers (Tech Data). Seems like there has to be more to this as Tech Data resells other vendor's networking equipment as well.
