Leslie, Leslie,Leslie, Bear Confirmed can come at any level at anytime by exceeding a previous bottom. This happened today at 50%. It does not mean the market has to crash as many think it must, it simply means the risk level has risen to a level that requires defensive action. It is also a leading indicator and thus it is typical that the Dow Jones make a new high etc.etc.etc. following the signal. It means come off margin and be totally aware of all your stock positions and those that require maintenance, do the maintenance. Don'tlook back, only forward. Tom
