(R.D. this is not to you personally) :) This message board is for constructive discussion on E-Trade and investment strategies regarding the company. I think I speak for a large number of people who read the messages here when I say get off the thread if you don't have anything constructive to say. We have all read the news, we have all heard reports, many of us even use E-trade and so have first-hand experience with the recent complications. These problems may significantly affect the stock and I think it's necessary to talk about them, but spamming the thread with inane ramblings (a) makes you look short, and (b) makes you look like an idiot. Whether or not these two traits actually characterize you, if people view you as bearing them your credibility will suffer. And that's bad for everyone because sometimes you might have something really useful to say. Please be respectful of the other members here and keep redundant, uninformative drivel to a minimum, because it makes it more difficult to find helpful information. I'm a member of SI because MOST of the other members don't need to make several posts full of capital letters, slurs, and exclamations to get their point across. -G
