Seems like the deal is not as certain as I and evryone else thought it was. The DOJ is supposed to let MTC know in the next few weeks. Maybe someone at the DOJ is making $$$...lol. Regards, Rob

Am, I heard a rumor that the deal will be closed by the end of March. A source has told me that everything is in place and they are waiting for the DOJ the give the final say. This rumor was more or less confirmed by last week's release. I believe the arbs are now shorting MTC and going long DLP. Regards, Rob
