I've often wondered about this same house selling (9) AFTER the cross goes through. My guess is that it's shares that 9 had "left over"....shares that they could of used if needed to put the cross through. But since they got it to the price they wanted to put the cross through, and still have a few leftover shares, they just sell them out, not caring too much about them. Anyone who knows more on this type of thing (ok, so that's 99% of you!) care to comment?

Still looking for this to move up today or tomorrow at the latest.
