They haven't even merged yet, so they could not have sent anything to the SEC yet. It takes at least months. Plus, their stock price will have to be above $1 for 3 months to be accepted on the Nasdaq small caps. There are also some other requirements.

I have never seen a reverse split work in the shareholder's benefit. I sure that there are instances, but I have never seen one.

That one is easy... When Datapower first posted the ISSM PR on their under development web site a couple of weeks ago, the day before they had a PR that said they were going to reverse with another company.. This was the red flag for me..

You can drop the Nasdaq hype..
