Yeah, I just got excerpts of a copy of the H&Q report emailed to me by V1. They couldn't get much more effusive.

You know I was just noticing INCY slipping again and thinking that it may come back in another point or two and maybe I should "get the bucket out"... and I just had a comment thats been festering in the back of my mind lately:

This business of INCY getting patents on genes or "sequences" and such... is this really going to hold up??? I mean isn't this a huge IF for INCY? How much are they really banking on being able to charge for genes that they "discover", etc. I'd love to hear more discussion on this area of INCY's potential. I mean why RUSH to get this genome thing done if you could just take your time and come along later with better software or whatever and just rearrange what everone else has found? Naive I'm sure... but I have a hard time understanding how INCY is going to be able to say "yo dude, we found that sequence... stop looking at it!"
