Moving up. Price is stabilizing and moving upward. A press release would be very helpful.

We don't know the company's attitude ~ what their position/thinking are on this.

The previous confirmation on the numbers of new notebooks they'll be in seems aimed at reassuring shareholders. Beyond that it's complex (duh, huh).

Suppose Company sees this as a 40.00+ stock. They may have to sleep with the anti-christ to get there. Willingly or unwillingly.

Tech companies need their cash to stay current. NMGC more than most. They had $75MM in cash and short term investments on the Oct 31 balance sheet. They had spent $22MM on R&D in the 9 months leading up to that quarter end. And you want them to buyback stock? Corporate finance is clearly not your stong suit. They need that cash to stay in the game.

And by the way, I thought you thought this "conspiracy" was nothing more than an opportunity for you to buy. If so, why the griping? You ought to want to see the stock at $5 if you love this business.

Vincenzo,
I have to agree with you. After the negative spin of the NBMonty conference report, which appeared to me to be a calculated attempt to emphasize the one negative part of the article, at the expense of the positive details (no debt, revenue growth, etc.) at the beginning, the management needs to show they have not "lost their enthusiasm". Based on what I have read about Agarwal and Co., I cannot imagine they went to a tech conference and looked and sounded as if they had lost their best friends. Some things about this report make no sense, unless you see it in the context of 2 large NMGC market making firms (w/Morgan S) trying to churn, churn, churn the stock! Yet, whether it is a stock buyback or something else, Management now will be forced to show that they have confidence in the future, that their stock is undervalued, that they give a damn about shareholders, etc. Hope it is SOON. G.
