Zurdo, Here are the SEC filings for Marketwatch. DBCC released the PR of the filing on Oct 13 and the MKTW IPO went public on Jan 15, 1999. You can see from the the FreeEdgar search below the number of revisions that were made to the original S-1. They are listed as S-1A.
