You certainly are being hit by all sides. I am impressed with your ability to respond. I don't understand why these other folks battle you so. If they truly feel ISSM is fake or dead, why do they bother???

Everything you are saying makes sense to me. I must admit I would like to see more in writing from the company, but at this price why not accumulate.

Still accumulating and hoping more drop out so I can accumulate,

Fran

<Brad was handing out bad info!> Really? ISSM is going to be the company traded on NASDAQ. Have they been trading at $1 for the last few months? I believe that is one requirement. They don't just take a snapshot, they look at the asset levels and trading price over at least the last three months. ISSM does not come close to meeting the requirements. Before they can be traded on Nasdaq small cap, they will have to meet the requirements over time. Also, they will have to be fully reporting to the SEC, and this will take months. They can't have filed with the SEC yet, as they have not even completed the merger yet.

They will not be trading on Nasdaq for months, if ever. Show me the bad information. Anyone that knows anything about this knows that it is absurd to think ISSM will soon be trading on Nasdaq.
