probart, the trades before that where 15.5, 15.5...15.5 300 at 15.75 and 60,000 at 15.75, so that should qualify as an uptick and the disappearance of the offering size (to a mere 100) indicates to me it was probably a buy. My guess is also that the MM knew of this size buy and brought the market down to collect some shares (I think that some 30,000 shares or so were "collected" on the decline to $15.5. What does it all mean? the buyer did not want to pay much more than $15.75...
