It sounded to me at the time, with all of the legal problems that were pending, that awlt could not properly support the Knights effort. They had two options. One , to discontinue or have another company act as middleman. This was probably the lesser of two evils. Up side to this is they can still keep it going. Down side is a piece of the pie goes to the middleman. how big of a piece and how long their locked into working with this company is a good question. How the rest of the companies assets (if any) are affected by all of this is a big factor. bottom line is they are better off where they are now than they would have been if they had walked away from this and closed their doors. will have to wait and see.
