When stock price raise, the financial problems will disappear. Don't you get it? JBOH now can issue 1 million shares at $10 to get 10 million. Then all their problems are history. Crimms? The previous management are in Switzland to have easy life now. How SEC is going to deal with them, who cares? The current management is doing right thing to enhance the share holder values. BL
