Hi Drakes- Being a long, I hate agreeing with you but I see us hitting 5 and gaining support there where I would buy more. It hit 5 in March of 96 and June of 97. Below that 2 1/2 is the next level. I can't imagine that price, but I didn't think we'd ever hit 7 either. Other than technicals, is there fundamentally something that you think will keep the company losing money for over a year? Also, Auric discussed the convertible preferred. Do you know the details of the offering? TIA.
