Elmer, Re: Good news scenario It is highly unlikely unfortunately. The reality is that if it was an AMD buyout the big boys would know that was the reason. The market reaction seems to have been outrage at Jerry giving wall-street the finger again by not commenting. I think the vantis spin off has already been anounced. Something like that would not preclude the company from going to the analysts meetings and talking about the business climate. It is most likely some disaster. The best case is it's unrelated to the K6/K3/K7 business. In which case the stock will recover as the PLD and Flash biz is pretty much ignored anyway. Regards, Kash
