geep, many analysts are stockholders. Furthermore, I have yet to see a company baring anyone from their stockholders meetings (well, there few of these in the past when very "inflamatory issues" were at stake.)

No, annual meetings are generally not limited to shareholders and sometimes analysts attend. I said "sometimes" rather than often, because analysts expect a private forum to ask their questions, and annual meeting day is one of the worst days in the year to give a private audience.
