*AV* -- The resignation in question is from their Vantis organization which was a spin off, I think. No biggie here since it is small potatoes relative to the whole corporate entity.

Every stock that I personally own has a dynamic entry, exit, average down, and accumulation strategy. Not to be coy but, the cliche' "This is a market of stocks and not a stock market" should let you know that I treat each stock on an individual basis.

Examples:

WFR - manual LLT at $7, accumulate below $8, exit starting at $27.
MIPS - entrance ~10% below its previous highs, exit at first downtick after 10% profits are locked in, keep raising the numbers since lows are getting higher and highs are getting higher.
ASYT - entry below $23, no LLT
WAVX - no entry unless it drops below $7, exit when stock falls $1 below previous high, no accumulation strategy

tbhe examples may not be good but it demonstrates that each stock is dealt with on its individual technical and fundamental merits along with some sound profit protection strategies.
