LOL >>smile<< Thank You Henry, Rest assured that Not Getting back to me was "No Big Problem" You often speak about prominent politicians using the air waves to accomplish what they want...without actually taking concrete action. Your often right on the money. Banking Legislation is one of those hang nails that Congress is convienienly not cutting..... Clinton is not the "Problem" It's the congress's inability to face up to their own polarization, they are avoiding making any concrete descions....maybe that's a "Good Thing".
