INSCI is a leading provider of digital document repository software and Internet-enabled printing
capabilities that are integral to the rapidly emerging electronic and Internet commerce markets.
INSCI's software stores production volumes of digital documents such as reports, statements,
invoices, bills and other types of commercial documents used in electronic and Internet commerce.

Once stored, these digital documents can be used in a variety of ways to enable Internet commerce.
This includes Web-based viewing of bills and statements by customers, as well as use by customer
service, finance departments and other corporate areas.

INSCI's software allows these documents to be combined with scanned images and other document
types, such as e-mail, so that all related documents can be seen at once in a single view, and then
printed or reprinted as necessary.

INSCI is a leader in delivering an electronic document repository with integrated Internet, imaging,
workflow, print-on-demand, electronic distribution and archive (COLD) software for the enterprise
level, high-volume production market.

INSCI's software products enable customers to improve their services through electronic access to
documents (e.g. invoices, statements, reports, etc.); provide financial savings through elimination of
paper and microfiche; and provide the foundation for the digital document ''back office'' for
electronic commerce applications.
