Online broker Swiftrade.com Owned by ZSUN 5s ZSUN -which describes itself as an internet holding company -owns online broker Swiftrade, swiftrade.com. Amazingly they also own Search Dragon searchdragon.com an Asian search engine, PinMail- pinmail.com an email service aimed at business travellers, Momentum Finance mfinance.com a financial news and information site and MediaHits mediahits.com an ad banner network. A couple of these were acquired last autumn- ziasun.com "ZiaSun Technologies Inc (OTC Bulletin Board: ZSUN - news; www.ziasun.com) today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Momentum Internet Inc (http://www.momentumplus.com/), is about to launch a program that will allow brokerage houses around the world to offer secure on-line stock trading. The program will work in almost any market and broker firms can elect to launch their own websites under their own brand names, or join Momentum's on-line stock trading portal website, Swiftrade (https://www.swiftrade.com/main.html)." biz.yahoo.com A check with ZSUN's IR confirms that they do indeed own Swiftrade, trades are cleared thru Amber Securities. According to ZSUN IR the float is 2.5M and 10.4m outstanding and the company is actively looking to acquire other small internet enterprises.They expect to file for a Nasdaq listing sometime around early summer. Financials are on ZSUN's web site- ziasun.com are modest- but the IR tells us that they are profitable. ZSUN trading near 5 10.4M out 2.5M float- .
