Rock receives approval for stock options Rock Resources Inc RKR Shares issued 14,600,075 Feb 2 close $0.20 Wed 3 Feb 99 Mr. Thomas Kennedy reports The Vancouver Stock Exchange has approved the granting of incentive stock options announced in Stockwatch Jan. 19, 1999 in the amount of 444,000 shares, exercisable on or before Jan. 18, 2004 at 18 cents per share. Further to the news releases in Stockwatch of Jan. 18 and 19, 1999 announcing the engagement by Rock Resources of Ken Cochrane and Rudy Loeser this is to confirm that subsequent to their engagement each party was granted 50,000 incentive stock options which form part of the incentive stock options noted above.
