Broadcasters have largely decided to ignore the mandate to broadcast DTV and HDTV. The revolution has been delayed for awhile. Not much more to say currently. Some of the cable operators like QWST may also be an interesting play in the upcoming DTV era as highspeed downloads for TV on demand and other internet activities seems as if they are emerging as possibly important aspects of DTV. Hope someone has something more to add. THis thread has been somewhat moribund.
