Well done 007. that leaves two possibilities -- PRFM(aka POS)got permission from Microsoft either by paying more than the average Joe, or they ran on their own. What effect do you think it would have if it turned out that PRFM had to retract its press release about being a partner, given that the stock went from 6 to 9 on the release of this partnership?

And, you casually (vehemently!) mentioned to them that PRFM was pulling this SH*T in their announcements, I presume. Appreciate your DD for the group. The Yahooians do watch these boards. 3 minutes after AP announced his short on JBOH - it was on Yahoo.
