and just generally browse through the site. If you own CYMI or any other semi equipment stock, there's some exceptionally useful information gathered there.

DUV and EUV are referring to the wavelength of the light used with D standing for Deep and E standing for Extreme and UV standing for UltraViolet.

CYMI's current lasers generate light in the DUV band.

Smaller feature sizes may be obtained by using a smaller wavelength light source, various techniques in the lithography tool (such as using a lens system to reduce the patterned image size or by the use of OPC and PSM type masks. Each technique has advantages and disadvantages.

All three techniques will be used in differing applications.
