That was the email address they gave on CNBC. E*Trade will deal with each customer on a case-by-case basis...and it goes something like this:

Customer 1: I couldn't get in.
Etrade: Piss off.
Customer 2: I couldn't get in.
Etrade: Piss off.
Customer 3: I couldn't get in.
Etrade: Piss off.

You get the idea.
