metaphor

mr.mark- I metaphor when I was responding to a personal ad from a lady who signed herself as E. Zelay. She thought my name was Peter Gozinnia. When we met she threw me a curve when she tried to direct me to her own Cole Shute, but I declined. Seeing her name on some mail I declared, "Shirley U. Jest!" She said, "No, Renatta Tampax."

[I'm looking at p. 34 et seq of the National Lampoon High School Yearbook Parody- probably out of print but a book worth looking for if you don't own it]
