I see it slightly different - looked like Yorkton was buying and selling in the market, not really crossing.

I don't really know if the market even noticed the cross by CT, I don't think that it was big enough. Must say that trading after the cross was trending upwards, to close finally at a price above the cross.

Btw, have you found a link to the "information" you provided yesterday? You know, the one about a company needing a 3 year audit before Nasdaq listing?
