Let's see Sean.

Yes the web site is open. Go to CompactConnection and buy a CD. It will be delivered. The new improved site is being completed by Cohesive. It takes time to construct one and they will finish soon. When it is up and running the market will acknowledge it.

The NMF can be considered a joke for now. What will it be determined to be when it is responsible for some substantial income for TSIG. As we have seen deals take time to nurture and complete. If they were easy we would have a bunch by now. The exposure probably isn't what it should be yet but I am sure it will be remedied with the changes and hirings planed by TSIG. I also have to admit I was not highly impressed with the extra .25 kiss either. Time will tell if it was worth it.

As to the NASDAQ listing, ask RG if he thinks of it often. The company is designing itself to have a true internet related look. The class act site is being brought on line. Deals are being worked on to complete and announce. Favorable financing was found and completed and the final stages are already projected to not be needed. We even got a big teleservices deal everyone wanted. All this and more will elevate the company to qualification status by filing or purchase as soon as the revenue flows and is proven.

They have given us as much of the PP as they want for now. The explanations were satisfactory for the great majority of us. We have been informed the details will probably be out with the 10K Mar 31.

The float is not necessarily the problem. Earnings are. The size of the deals TSIG can complete and the major earnings potential they can supply will make the float no more than a stabilizing effect.

Sure we talked of 20-50 stock prices and still do. We are now looking at the shorter term developments which will define the company for the future. Once that definition is established, I am sure the outward goals will become a prime topic again. The last time I looked .75 was on the way to 20. Once .75 is passed we will then look to passing 2, then 5 on the way to 20 and then 50.

Things of substance will be released. The closing times are upon us. When you get back there should be a number of accomplishments to ponder. I sincerely hope the stock price will be one of them. If you decide to leave then that is your decision.

Have a good and safe trip.

We will take care of things here.

Bob

>>Maybe they should announce some kind of stock buyback program to lower the float. <<

I have been thinking about stock buyback. This would be great if TSIG would do that. Price would go up. Perhaps with the cash that is coming into the company they will... Keep listening Jeff
