Joel did say no more dilution forthcoming. The # of shares should not be going up anymore so with decent buying the price should start to move up. Hey, if it can reach $1.00 I'am happy, If it can reach $7.00 I'am retiring!!

Gem Man,

No offense, but you need to lay off the drugs. 7.00 for VTPI is a fantasy. Thats a 125 million market cap for a company with no sales. 1.00-3.00 12 months out I would buy if they execute properly with a partner. A big if. A run to .50 cents in the next few months wouldn't surprise me, but there are too many shares being dumped on the way up. When that dries out, the run will begin. Today was a mixed bag from a TA, buying and selling. Although it rallied a penny.
I think news is on thew way, although probaly not till the end of the week if that soon.
