And I, for my part, suggest that you take a look at Section 17(b) of the 1933 Securities Act.

D'you really think it's NORMAL for a company to offer you stock just because you sell its products? Licensing agreements, well, they're one thing...but of course they have to be declared if any stock swap is involved.

Don't you get a commission on sales? Shouldn't that be the "normal" remuneration for reselling AZNT products? And where DO you sell 'em? The only retail outlet anyone's found so far is Pugs's gym.
