Dipy, weather forecasting is worthless if it prognosticates more than about a week into the future, and even weekly forecasts are continually amended. Only day- before forecasts are particularly accurate. Similarly with the action of the stock market--- precise predictions are impossible very far into the future. Why do you think that these complex systems are so prediction proof, but you can afford to gloat over the 2000 election? The variables are outside of your ability to fathom, and the best you can do is make out a plausible case, which does not warrant such unseemly gloating.
