Before joining Sutro & Co., Mr. Houghton covered telecommunications for Wheat First Union and before that, worked as an analyst with Smith Barney, Inc. Mr. Houghton has been selected for the prestigious All-Star analysts team by the Wall Street Journal. He earned a BS in chemistry and chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Stanford University. I am sure a smart guy but he does not know csco. I consult to a number of Fortune 500 companies and the Cisco equipment continuously rolls in the doors. Right now a big upgrade to 100T is on they are the only vendor of routers and switches at these companies.
