You can read the filed SEC registration on ISSX at FreeEdgar.com. When I read it was surprised that section on competition did not list a whole host of competitors like Network Flight Recorder based in Washington D.C.. INFOWORLD Test Center Comparisons Vol.20,Issue 18
(5/4/98) compared the ISSX products as well as NetRanger, IBM, and SessionWall by AirNet, Inc. The reviewers said that "The reporting engine included a flexible query tool that offered text and graph-based reports. Its attack-recognition performance was stellar, serving up a slice of humble pie to its more prominent competitors"

NFR was selected as a Product of the Year by INFOWORLD and the same by CODETALKER DIGEST (Dec) as reported in Codetalker.com on 2/23/99.

Also FERD on the ISSX board on YAHOO said he was at the SANS ID99 last week in San Diego and said that "NFR got better ratings than ISS, Axent, and Abirnet" Also said that they run NFR at his shop and "it kicks booty" Sounds great to me WONDER why ISSX ignores them in the Prospectus. Maybe they feel the heat of NFR breathing down their backs? Check out Network Flight Recorder, Inc. for yourself at www.nfr.net
