deeno, the results are already pretty much known. Larson told us that NETA would come in around $.01 ahead of expectations. The SEC deals only with an accounting issue -- not an operational issue. Think of it as a change in accounting principles rather than as a restatement caused by the omission of pertinent facts or misrepresentations. The dispute has to do with how future costs relating to "acquired in process R&D" are expensed. TTFN, CTC
