I just have to wonder about the suck-ups that just jumped in. I was one of the less than a thousand that was still "doing without". If I did my job like they do theirs, I would not have a job. Don't give me crap like the next one will be just as bad!!!!! Think, unless you work for ET. They don't care! GETTING THE WORD OUT IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET A POINT ACROSS TO THESE PEOPLE. THEY CAN'T HANDLE THE CUSTOMERS THEY HAVE (TRY AND CALL THEM!!!!!). BUT THEIR COMMERCIALS ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE. It is 6:08 and I am still on hold!!!! 153 minutes. If everybody lays down and puts up with this, a lot more people will be hurt!!!!!! Level the playing field. The next time I see ET's president--hope she can answer the damn question. Looked like CNBC was afraid to reask the questions until they got an answer to the question they were asking.
NEED A HINT-----------------SHORT EGRP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think whoever counts on E-trade spending more money on updating their system will be disappointed. From day-one, E-trade has spend much more money on ad campaign than they do on their system. I think some of people here are new customers who take advantage of that $50 sign-on bonus. I am wondering how many new customers E-trade has brought in because of this offer. Must be a lot. My advise: get out while you still have some money left, otherwise E-trade will loss every penny for you.
