Talked to a guy from a small Canadian Internet company today, who said he knew the NASDAQ system inside out. He said most small companies that find it difficult to hit the US$5.00/sh. MMS NASDAQ standard, join the US$4.00/sh. (small cap) on the Nasdaq and move up a short time latter to the NASDAQ, National Market System (MMS), US$5.00/sh (average of 30 day's plus other minimum NASDAQ requirements). Anyway that US$4.00/share is only (CDN$6.00/sh).!!!!
