To All,

I spoke to 2 brokers late this afternoon, one from Merrill Lynch and the other from First Marathon. It seems that the shorts took us for a ride today and once they started, they had a domino affect.

Truthfully, I had an inclination to buy more at $1.80 but I didn't. Both brokers stated to me that this will prove positive because it has shaken out a lot of people. The broker from Merrill Lynch did speak to the President today and everything is on track. According to the broker, the company is forging ahead and the president didn't seem overly concerned with today's market activity. My guess today was that a great many people got spooked and ran for the doors. Everyone is entitled to do as they wish.

Good evening to you all. Just wanted to let you know that we have just returned from I-World/press conference and will be taking a dinner break after a long day. A comprehensive and thorough report will be up later this evening, so check back here around 11:00 or early in the morning. Hope you can understand the much needed break as this has been a long day.

If you won't be up/available later but would like to receive our report by direct e-mail, write to us at spectra@interlog.com with "VNE database" in the subject line.

In the meantime, all went very well at the press conference, which was standing room only. Presentation went off without a glitch and the media Q&A went on so long that questions had to be cut-off. Many discussions continued post press conference and all the feedback was very positive.

On our behalf, we had opportunity to speak with Citibank, Inex and Lasso representatives. All parties are convinced emerge will be a success and Citibank is especially aggressive. More details later.

With respect to share price, we can never comment on direction etc. However, given that all went well today, it now appears "buy the rumour, sell the fact" was a definite component in the preceding days run up and subsequent selling. Otherwise, all is well with VNE as the alliance repeated it's "anticipating news in the next 60 days".

Have a great early evening and we'll speak later on tonight.

Regards,
