Though they may claim that today was the first outage in seven years,
we know that problems are an almost daily occurrence.

It seems that no one learned from AOLs problems when they did their
massive media campaign for new subscribers - and then couldn't (still can't) handle the added load.

It frustrates me to no end to have unacceptable performance and
then see them advertising for new customers.

These problems cost me REAL MONEY.

Between downtime like to today, doubled orders, late notifications (as in the next day!) we're talking LOTS of money.

And as you all know if you ask them to reimburse you for their errors they hide behind the fine print and tell you to go away...
