this may sound trite, but I think MB is correct about the channel stuffing for CPQ and GTW had fabulous Christmas via the consumer market, but that's history. We've already had our first few peeks at business sales and they sucked -- IM is living proof, TECD is proof, ICO is proof -- business customers are DELL's bread and butter -- unless a bunch of folks just jumped from the distributors to the direct purchase, DELL won't have done so well, IMO
