Mike, As you can tell, things have slowed down quite a bit on this thread. Your posting has been up for 24 hours and no responses. This wouldn't have happened in the old days when Craig was acting as host. To answer your question regarding conversion of the preferred stock, the last report from a couple weeks ago was than only $250K remained out of the $11M issued last March. Ancor also landed $9M in advance payments from INRANGE, so cash is not as big a problem as a year ago this time. Good luck to you, Greg
