There is one company I'm invested in where one shareholder took over for all of us setting up an attorney, paying the court fees [$200.00] and actually going to court,he invested a lot of time and some expense but in the end it was worth it,the court made him CEO.Now we are starting to come back.I guess the big thing to consider if we are thinking of going to court is the time someone would have to devote to persuing it to the finish.Maybe the avenue to follow is for all of us to write our own letters to the FBI,IRS,Attorney General, and being nuoas revenues are from foreign sources the CIA.The SEC can't get our money back as far as I know.Well if someone comes up with a plan let me know,in the mean time I'll write. I just had an after thought I'll e-mail the aforementioned investor and ask to buy one share of nuoa and represent us,also writing a letter to the attorney general about OTC keeps the ball rolling,if certain people get enough letters they will act I'm sure.
