Modem Media.Poppe Tyson Raises Expected Price of IPO Shares

Westport, Connecticut, Feb. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Modem
Media.Poppe Tyson Inc., an online advertising agency, raised the
price of the shares it plans to sell tomorrow by $2 to $13-to-$15
a share, according to BancBoston Robertson Stephens Inc., the
lead underwriter.

The increase reflects strong demand on the part of
institutional investors for a stake in the Westport, Connecticut-
based company. Modem Media plans to sell 2.6 million shares,
raising about $36.4 million if the shares are priced at the
midpoint of the expected range. That would give the company a
market capitalization of about $150 million.

Modem Media was formed in 1996 and last year bought assets
from Poppe Tyson Inc., also an online advertising company. The
combined company creates advertising campaigns over the Internet
for companies such as AT&T Corp. and Delta Air Lines Inc.

Modem Media has applied to trade on the Nasdaq Stock Market
under the symbol ''MMPT.'' In addition to Robertson, underwriters
for the IPO include Nationsbanc Montgomery Securities LLC and
Bear Stearns & Co.

Get some while its' cheap. This stock (TNO owns 90%+ of Internet IPO MMPT) has
not run up and with only 2.6 million shares (MMPT) available to the public watch out.
Demand is building (e-advertising is growing exponetially)and Top notch client base
(customers include AT&T, JC Penney, Kodak, and Sony) = successful IPO benefitting
TNO shareholders as well. Do your own due diligence as always. TNO listing options
on thursday and IPO Friday (not confirmed). Top notch underwriters with BancBoston
Robertson Stephens Inc., Nationsbanc Montgomery Securities LLC and Bear Stearns
& Co. Downside limited with lots of upside potential.

IMHO,

Big

there is no doubt PAIR is being accumulated:

i put xyln which was a rumored takeover stock out in the high 9's (lu bought asnd instead) and it made a steady move up to the 20's without any rumors hitting the street the press....i have a feeling PAIR will be a whole different story and should start moving much faster in the days to come .
