It's overvalued vs. its peers, and also had a major boost from index managers when it was added to the S&P 500 the 3rd week of December. That buying has probably been accomplished for the most part- you can see how the volume has been trending down since the announcement. SLR is a great company, but it's hard to support a forward PE that is currently at 29x and was as high as 33x. There is no doubt some profit-taking going on, and just look at the insider selling- it's unbelievable, although maybe not in the context of the above: biz.yahoo.com Just my opinion, Solderman.com
