Gary - maybe because HK is not toast yet.

What if (huge if) HK found another friend/angle to invest in. HK and his new friend need capital to work the deal. What if the new friend has some money but not too much. Could the new friend purchase enough shares of CSMA to become a partner with HK. Then, they both do a reverse stock split of CSMA, and issue new shares to raise capital for the new deal.

Just a wild guess, but someone is buying this worthless paper.
